In our first comic book focused episode, tonight's #BaduyPride was all about the world of psychic espionage of MIND MGMT, as created by Matt Kindt. This is a rare comic that Tobie first discovered and later introduced me to because that's how we work. And I have no regrets at all for finally enjoying this series earlier this year.
This was another situation where we sort of struggled to explain in detail why we love this comic book series so much mainly because we also didn't want to spoil the story for people who have yet to read this amazing work. And admittedly for complex narratives like this one, the devil is truly in the details. The best thing about the story is all the nuances of how things were crafted but we avoid talking about such things so that if someone watching this video does discover MIND MGMT because of us, then we'd find comfort in not having spoiled it for them.
