We ended up having a Wednesday night #BaduyPride episode and got to talk about board game components that we find interesting! We tried to go beyond aesthetics (because there are so many games with beautiful pieces and miniatures) and went with some really novel ones that just blew our minds.
Some highlights include the unique game components of both Forbidden Desert and Forbidden Sky, the interconnected wheels of Tzolk'in, and of course, the pop-up board of Mythe. My love for Happy Salmon doesn't really count for this category - the fish is just very funnily cute to me.
