Today's #BaduyPride tabletop games episode focused on a series of games that Tobie and I love a lot. This being the Forbidden line of games created by Matt Leacock and published by Gamewright. This is from the same man who brought us both the Pandemic franchise and my niche favorite Thunderbirds board game, there's a lot of core elements that we love across all these games.
These three games, Forbidden Island, Forbidden Desert, and Forbidden Sky each provide unique cooperative gaming experiences that provide a great mix of fun and challenge. They do relatively feel like they're on a scale with Island being relatively the easiest and Sky being the hardest, all are worth the time to learn and enjoy with friends and family around a shared game table.
