Tobie came up with the awesome topic for this episode of #BaduyPride - this being all about classic physical photo albums. There's a lot of love that went into creating those things as a creative way to showcase memories and pretty much curate nostalgia. And we don't necessarily get to do the same thing anymore with the rise of digital photography and social media feeds.
It was nice to reflect on how we used to take photos before with film cameras and the additional hurdles of getting photos developed by strangers. But I think there are ways to apply the same amount of effort to curating our digital media memories - I'm just undecided how to do so in a manner where I actually share the results with friends.
